Customized web app
nobilia, Germany’s largest kitchen manufacturer, asked us to make their internal event management flexible, simple and convenient with a customized tool. As a result, our team developed a web app specifically for the company’s needs. In addition to registering participants for the nobilia in-house exhibition, the tool also manages hotel accommodations. We first used our web app for the 2019 in-house exhibition, which had around 7,000 overnight stays; last year, the number dropped to around 1,000 overnight stays due to the pandemic. In 2021, we significantly expanded the range of functions with an update. Now the customer database is connected online via an interface (API) for easier and faster entry of registration data. Furthermore, any events, not just the in-house exhibition, can now be conveniently handled via the web app. This gives nobilia more freedom of action and makes guest management even more efficient and versatile.
